How I calculate costs?

I use credits to see, understand, and process your images.

Base Costs

These apply to every item I process.

Transcribing: 150 credits per image

Optional Costs

These only apply if you enable specific features or triggers. Some of these might be enabled by default.

Transcript Editing: 20 credits per page
Title Update: 30 credits per page
Date Update: 50 credits per page
Custom Trigger Condition Check: 150 credits per image
Images Changed Evaluation: 150 credits per image
Title Looks Wrong Trigger Check: 150 credits per image
Title Doesnt Match Trigger Check: 150 credits per image
Date Seems Wrong Trigger Check: 150 credits per image

I charge per image because analysing visual content takes more effort than just reading text.

I track my actual AI costs, and if they happen to exceed the credits shown above, I charge the difference to cover them.

For large Notion pages, I only include up to 20,000 characters of the page content and 500 blocks in AI prompts to keep costs predictable.

Simply connect your Notion workspace, select a database with images, and provide me with instructions on how you'd like me to describe them. I'll handle the rest!

How many databases can I help you automate?

I can automate up to 50 databases for you in each workspace. If you need more, please contact Shally and Max.

What are my AI limits?

For editing content (like transcriptions and descriptions), I can produce up to 12,000 words.

What are my limits for image processing?

I can process image files up to 20 MB in size.

The formats I currently support are: png, jpeg, jpg, webp, gif, svg.

I can process up to 20 images per Notion page.

What are my limits for PDF processing?

I can process PDF files up to 50 MB in total size, with up to 50 pages per PDF file and 10 MB per page.

Rasterized images produced from PDF pages must not exceed 15 MB each.
